Marrakech is located in the northwest of Morocco and is one of its largest cities. It is also the capital of the economic region of Marrakech-Tensift-El Haouz and the most important former imperial city of Morocco. The Medina of Marrakech is classified in world-wide patrimony of UNESCO and if you go there, you will understand why. Marrakech has a lot of attractions to offer. The Koutoubiya Mosque is one of the most famous and with its 253 feet (77 meters) in height, if you go in Marrakech it is a really good way to find your way if you are lost in the city. The Jardin Majorelle botanical parc is also a very nice attraction to visit, it is an enchanting place restored by Yves Saint Laurent in the heart of the city. In terms of architecture and culture you should also see the Saadians tombs, the Marinid Madrasa Ben Youssef, the Bahia’s and Badi’s palaces and the Marakech Museums.

Shoppers, you have find one of the best place for you! You can explore the maze of narrow lanes full of artisans selling their wares, bags, jewellery, shoes, kaftans, beauty products, spices... The souk awakes all of your senses and you will fully enjoy it.
Night-life
Undoubtedly, the centre of all the action in the Medina of Marrakech is the Jema el Fna square. As night time comes, the food stalls slowly set up on the square. The experience is unforgettable, the little white lanterns lighting up each stalls, the smoke hovering above the square, mixed with the sounds of flute and laughs of thousands of people...If you want to enjoy a convivial night, smelling and eating delicious food to an affordable price, this is the best place.

Climate
The climate of Marrakech is fairly appealing throughout the year with plenty of sunshine. However, the weather can be rather changeable at times and although there is usually plenty of sun during the winter months, the likelihood of rain at this time of the year increases.
