Welcome to Capri – The city of harmony

Capri is located in the Metropolitan city of Naples, in Italy. It is also located on the Capri island, which has been a resort since the period of the Roman Republic.
Sightseeing
In Capri, you will find so many things to do and to visit. First of all, you cannot miss the Marina Grande, the port of Capri. Besides, there are a lot of wonderful churches to discover and to visit, such as the Chiesa di San Costanzo, Chiesa di Santo Stefano and Chiesa di S. Michele.
You have to walk through Via Krupp, a paved historic footpath which was built between 1900 and 1902. Furthermore, “faraglioni” (i.e. sea stacks) are one of the most beautiful things to see there! They are coastal and oceanic rock formations. The Arco Naturale is also a pretty spot.
Apart from that, the Villa Lysis is dedicated to “the youth of love” and was built in 1905 by Jacques d'Adelswärd-Fersen.
Shopping
In Capri, there are a lot of luxury shops and between the Grand Hotel Quisisana and Via Tragara, you will walk across streets with all the biggest names from the world of fashion. You will also be able to buy some handicrafts and traditional products made on the island.
Night-life
The nightlife on Capri's island is specific. Capri doesn't have so many clubs and discos and the atmosphere is quite relaxing and casual. People usually start the evening by drinking and relaxing in Piazzetta. After having got to know each other, islanders and visitors will head to the taverns. In these small clubs, people can enjoy live music and discover the festive crowds dance.

Public transportation
Most of people cross the island by foot, but there are many options of public transportations. The funicular and the bus are also available to get visitors from one side to the other side of the island.
