Bergerac is a city situated in the department of Dordogne and in the region of Aquitaine. The river is named Dordogne cross the city to give you its charm and its authenticity. Indeed, its old streets and its monuments you will can to discover wine house, tabacco museum, churches... The story left an huge heritage to Bergerac and the cities around thanks to Middle Age, so there are a lot of castles, market places and wonderful landscapes. Bergerac is in the bordelais vineyard, so you can visited the domains and taste red, white and pink wine. It has 12 wines with Appellations d'origine contrôlée. In Bergerac you can do a lot of outdoor and maritime activities. This city is a typical city of Aquitaine.

Bergerac is a city of Middle Ages, you can visited the typical street, the castles, the old center and the beauty architecture. You can also sail on the Dordogne, to do canoe-kayak and to visit the wine-growing around Bergerac. It is possible also to visit cave and windmill. Bergerac has three main museum: Musée de la Ville, the Museum of Tobacco and the Costi Museum. In this region, you can do a lot of things and discover the city of Cyrano.The city contains two statues of Cyrano de Bergerac. Also near Bergerac is located the Arboretum de Podestat.
