Stomp the Musical is a fresh, new and original piece of musical theatre which uses percussion, humour and immense choreohraphy to convey a humorous and light-hearted story. The musical has been a sensation all over the world and is a fabulous show that guarentees sell out theatres and tickets are sold out as fast as the stimp rhythms!

Stomp the musical was created by a group of aspiring physical theatre artists in 1991. Through using percussion and movement to tell a story, along with of course sounds made by their bodies and any household item they can find to create fantastic musical theatre. Now with the creative direction of Steve McNicholas and Luke Cresswell, Stomp uses a simple concept of sound to create a mind-blowing piece of musical theatre.

Stomp has won a number of awards such as Best Entertainment Award, Best Choreography Award, Obie Award and a Drama Desk Award for Most Unique Theatre Experience. Now these eight performers use everything from Zippo lighters, plastic bags, bin lids and even plungers to create a fantastic toe tapping beat.
