Cannes
Cannes is located at the Cote d’Azur in the south of France and has approximately 80,000 inhabitants. From mediaeval times until the early 19th century Cannes was a fishing village and is nowadays famous for being a meeting-point for the rich and famous. You can reach them by ferry and visit the museum with the prison of the famous “Man in the Iron Mask” on “Sainte-Marguerite”. As Cannes is located in the heart of Cote d’Azur it is beyond doubt one of the most glamorous and splendid cities in the world.
