When you authorise us to make your requested booking(s) we will arrange for you to enter into a contract with the selected service providers who will perform the requested service (I.e accommodation providers or tour operators). These service providers will be named on your receipt/voucher. In such a contract, Traveltura.com Ltd acts as an agent both on your behalf and that of the service provider. As an agent, we will ensure that the arrangements you request will be confirmed both to yourself and to the appropriate service provider(s). Traveltura.com Ltd is a travel agency and operates multiple websites each of which are subject to our terms and conditions.
As a travel agent, Traveltura.com Ltd is an intermediary and as such we accept no responsibility for the actions or the services provided by the service provider(s) outlined in your reservation. The terms and conditions of the service provider will also apply to your reservation/booking and as such we strongly advise you to read/review their terms and conditions and privacy policies before finalising your booking(s). If you do not have a copy, or are unsure of where to find the service providers terms and conditions please ask us to provide a copy. It is your responsibility to read the applicable terms and conditions and to request a copy if needed.
Our terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Booking Details/Your Information
The details of your booking/travel arrangements along with your personal information will be shared only with the relevant suppliers/service providers involved in facilitating the services which you have booked. Should your details be required by government authorities or as required by law, we will also share your details with the appropriate parties. By making a booking through Traveltura either through the website or over the telephone you are giving your consent for Traveltura to share your information as deemed appropriate.
We strongly advise that you take out a policy of travel insurance in order to cover you and your party against any costs of cancellation by yourself, as well as any additional costs which may result as a consequence of unforeseen circumstances which may arise.
Traveltura.com Ltd publishes information about accommodation and its facilities. Availabilities and prices are also displayed for reservation purposes allowing you to make a reservation with the accommodation provider. Traveltura.com Ltd acts as an agent in facilitating your booking. Once your booking has been confirmed, your contract is directly with the accommodation provider specified in your booking. Please note that the content shown for each hotels is controlled and managed by the hoteliers themselves. Traveltura.com takes no responsibility for errors made in the description of hotels.
Alterations by your Accommodation Provider
Occasionally the accommodation provider specified in your booking may need to amend your agreement with them. In this case, we will endeavour to inform you of any important changes as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the accommodation provider has to make a major change or alteration to your booking we will offer you an alternative accommodation arrangement of similar price and quality as well as the option of accepting the change or cancelling the accommodation booking and receiving a full refund of all monies paid for the accommodation to us. Traveltura does not accept any responsibility for any costs incurred by you as a result of and change(s) or cancellation(s) made by a supplier/service provider that are due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our or the accommodation providers control. Examples of such instances can include but are not limited to, war or threat of war, terrorist activity natural or man made disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, or acts of God.

In the event that certain amenities or details change we will do our best to inform you as soon as reasonably possible. Traveltura.com Ltd does not accept any responsibility for any errors within the content of the website or descriptions which you may find misleading.
Immediately upon the confirmation of your reservation, your confirmation voucher will be sent to you by email. If for some reason you have not received your confirmation voucher please contact us as soon as possible as when you book either through our website or call centre you are agreeing to abide by our terms and conditions and will be subject to our cancellation policies even if you have not received your confirmation email. We advise you to print your confirmation voucher and bring it with you on your journey. We accept no responsibility whatsoever for circumstances which may arise should you fail to bring your confirmation voucher with you.
Traveltura.com Ltd acts as an agent for each of the car hire suppliers you see on our website. Our publications allow you to find information about car hire services and make a booking directly with the car hire supplier. When you make a booking through Traveltura, your contract is with the car hire service provider directly.
Upon booking, you will be bound by the terms and conditions of the car hire supplier. We advise you to review their terms and conditions accordingly. If you are unable to access a copy of their terms and conditions, please contact us and we will provide you with a copy. Before making a car hire booking please ensure that you are legally able to drive the car you will be hiring. Also, please ensure that you meet the car hire suppliers regulations for operating a vehicle. Traveltura.com Ltd takes no responsibility for any circumstances which may arise as a result if such regulations are not met.
Car Hire Vouchers
Immediately upon the confirmation of your booking we will send you a confirmation voucher by email outlining the service you have booked. We advise you to print this voucher and present it upon your arrival. We accept no responsibility for circumstances which may arise should you fail to present your confirmation voucher upon your arrival. If for some reason you do not receive your confirmation voucher please contact us immediately as you will still be bound by our terms and conditions. The confirmation voucher will supply you with the name, location, and contact details of the car hire service provider.
Activity (Tour) Vouchers / Attraction Tickets
Traveltura.com acts as an agent facilitating your booking with the service provider. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of the service provider as upon booking you will be bound by their terms and conditions including conditions for cancellation and refund. Your voucher / attraction tickets will be sent to you by email immediately upon the confirmation of your booking. Should for some reason you do not receive your confirmation voucher contact us as soon as possible. Even if you do not receive your voucher, your booking will remain as confirmed and you will be bound by our terms and conditions, it is your responsibility to contact us accordingly. You will need to print your voucher and present it upon your arrival. Traveltura.com Ltd takes no responsibility for circumstances which may arise should you fail to present your voucher.
Traveltura.com Ltd acts as an agent facilitating your booking directly with the supplier shown on our website and in your confirmation. It is our responsibility to inform the supplier of your booking and communicate and special/specific requests or needs you may have. We take no responsibility with regards to whether the supplier meets these requests or not. Any complaints you may have should be sent directly to the service provider while still at the venue. If upon your return, you are unhappy with how your complaint(s) were dealt with you should express your dissatisfaction to the supplier in writing.
When you make a booking through Traveltura.com Ltd either through the website or through the call centre we will ask you to supply us with valid credit / debit card details to pay for the services you are purchasing. If there is an issue which prevents us from taking payment from the card you supply we will be unable to issue confirmation. In the event that your card is declined we will contact you and request that you supply alternative payment details.
We may levy fees for processing a transaction which will vary depending on the card/method of payment you choose. It is your responsibility to inform yourself with regards to the fees we will charge before making a booking.
Should you wish to cancel your reservation you will need to notify us in writing. Should you wish to cancel, you will be subject to the cancellation policy of the service provider(s). Depending on the time frame within which you cancel a portion, or none of the payment you have may or may not be refundable or, if you have paid a deposit for accommodation it is not refundable under any circumstances and further charges may apply if your cancellation falls within the required notice period. In any case, a minimum of 10% of the booking total is non-refundable. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the cancellation policies of each supplier before making a reservation. If you are unsure of what the cancellation policies for your specific service provider(s) are, please request a written copy of the specific terms of cancellation which will apply.
Please note that all bookings made in London during the London Olympics 2012 are in most cases charged in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. We therefore advise our customers to make sure of the booking terms with ourselves before placing an order.
Should you request that we amend your booking additional fees of £10 (minimum) will apply depending on the nature of the amendment. Further charges may apply depending upon what you have booked and the notice period you provide us with the facilitate the amendment. Suppliers may charge additional fees depending on the nature of the amendment.
We advise you to contact the appropriate public authorities before embarking on your journey to verify the specific travel documents you will require for your journey. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all the legal requirements for your journey. Please note that any bookings made through Traveltura.com Ltd cannot be used for the purpose of obtaining a visa. Please ensure you contact your doctor regarding any health related queries (I.e vaccinations) before travelling.
The information on our website is updated on a regular basis and is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Traveltura.com Ltd takes no responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions which may cause inconvenience.
